The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Tisiauta P.S.

Case No.86 of 2021 registered under Sections 414, 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the alleged seized vehicle and the liquor does not belong to the petitioner.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67325 of 2021(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cum- Excise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Tisiauta P.S.
