The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 354(B), 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, allegation against this petitioner is of commission of assault by iron rod on the head of informant.
It is submitted that both parties are agnates. Informant is own uncle of petitioner. Due to family dispute an altercation took place between the parties. The doctor has found the injury sustained by the injured simple in nature. There is case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-
