JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 205 of 2014 for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case was registered against one named person, namely, Akhilesh and four unknown persons. He further submits the name of the petitioner has been surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. He further submits that four co-accused have already been granted bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court. Para 10 to 13 of the petition contains the details of the coaccused, who have been granted bail. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 13.01.2017.

Considering the fact that the other co-accused have

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27802 of 2018 (3) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 been granted bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 205 of 2014.
