Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking note of allegation as well as material collected against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Kahalgaon ( Shivnarayanpur) P.S.Case No. 84 of 2019, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur stands rejected.
