2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application.

3. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. The petitioner is directed to surrender within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail and if the petitioner does not surrender then the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, Motihari will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner.

5. Upon perusal of the bail petition, it appears that earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68293 of 2025(2) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 vide order dated 23.12.2021 but till date he has no surrendered and it appears that the Motihari Police and especially the SHO Turkauliya, in connivance with the petitioner is not arresting the petitioner.

6. In these circumstances, call for a report from the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, Motihari as to why the petitioner is not arrested till date. Before submitting the report, the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, Motihari is directed to ensure appropriate steps against the SHO, Turkauliya Police Station for not arresting the petitioner.

7. List this case after four weeks.
