Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Muffasil (Lakho) P.S. Case No.221 of 2017 registered under Sections 394 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. A petrol pump was looted by some miscreants and in the process, Munshi of the petrol pump was also killed. The FIR was registered against unknown.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material against the petitioner except the confessional statement but leading to the confessional statement, there is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner, moreover he was also not put on TIP and charge-sheet has been

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Giriraj Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil (Lakho) P.S. Case No.221 of 2017.
