ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 21-10-2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has given a representation ventilating his grievance to the respondent authority and prayed this Court that the Respondent No. 2 may be directed to consider the said representation.

2. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation to the Respondent No. 2 i.e. the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar Bhojpur at Ara within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. On such representation being made, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13938 of 2024(2) dt.21-10-2024 2/2 Respondent No. 2 shall consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereof.

3. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

4. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
