Allegation against these petitioners is that they along with others had assembled in the house of FIR named accused Suresh Ram to make preparation for nexalite activity and except the aforesaid allegation there appears to be noting against them. Accordingly, above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Runni Saidpur P.S. Case no. 194/2011.
