This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in Ariyari P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019, disclosing offence under Sections 341,323,325,353,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph 3 of the application.

Considering the nature of allegation against him, I am not inclined to entertain this application for anticipatory bail. This application is rejected.

However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced
