The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 280 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised and the informant has received the money for which the case had been registered. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the nature of allegation, let the petitioners above named , in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49962 of 2014 (2) dt.09-04-2015 order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 280 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.. '
