2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. Though the allegation is of demand of dowry, torture and killing but in the inquest report, it has been opined that the victim has committed suicide.

4. During the investigation, it has come that the petitioner had gone for work and came to know that his wife has died. It appears to be a case of suicide. The petitioner is in jail since 29.04.2024 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59710 of 2024(2) dt.28-08-2024 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai/concerned court in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024 .
