2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 386 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner, who is the mother of the informant, is in jail since 08.11.2019. She is accused of having killed the deceased along with other accused persons.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.
