2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 329(4), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Due to dispute between informant's son Abhishek and PACS Chairman namely Ranjeet Singh in a marriage party, it is alleged that on 24.01.2025 at 7.55 P.M., 6-7 persons boarded on 2-3 motorcycles came and started firing indiscriminately and abusing and also told that they would kill informant's son and when the villagers and police came there, they fled away. The informant suspects that entire occurrence was committed on the instigation of co-accused Ranjeet Kumar Singh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of the allegation, as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that the alleged occurrence took place due to dispute between informant's son and co-accused Ranjit Kumar Singh, who has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 19.08.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 53587 of 2025. So far as this petitioner is concerned, he has been made accused only on suspicion. Even he was not present at the place of occurrence. He is student and lives in Muzaffarpur to prepare for competitive examination.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.30 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
