The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 186 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to family dispute. There is specific allegation against co-accused Rupesh Kumar. Further he submits that petitioner is co-villager of the informant and due to pendency of the partition suit filed on behalf of the father of the petitioner in which the informant is defendant, the petitioner has been made accused in the instant case.
