JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant by administrating poison.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim died after 13 years of the marriage and on conclusion of the investigation, charge sheet has been submitted under Sections 306 and 201/34 of the IPC, moreover, the informant has subsequently retracted from his initial version. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or
