ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2017 in connection with Special Case No.81/2017 arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No.54 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, 6 of the POCSO Act, which is pending in the court of learned A.D.J. 1stcum-Special Judge, Purnia. Earlier, diary had been called for in this case, which has since been received.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner by his own daughter and wife, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
