The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sakra P.S. Case No.529 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner surfaced in this case only on the basis of confessional statements of apprehended accused. The alleged recovery has been made from the house and dalan of co-accused Sajjan Mishra. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

No.67332 of 2021(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S.
