JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody since 14.2.2018, seeks bail in Wajirganj PS Case No. 5 of 2018 registered under Section 395 of the IPC.
The allegation is of committing dacoity by some unknown miscreants and Ford Figo vehicle of the informant was also taken away by the dacoits.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that except confessional statement of the petitioners there is no other material against them, neither any looted article was recovered from their possession nor they were put on TIP, the vehicle of the informant looted in the said case was found in abandoned condition by the side of the road.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Ajit Yadav and Ajay Yadav are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Gaya in connection with Wazirganj PS Case No. 5 of 2018.
