JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-01-2015 Petitioner being father of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 03.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that sister of the informant was killed after two years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand. The victim was pregnant also.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that victim died due to some pregnancy complications for which she was being treated. The postmortem reflects no injury when the viscera has been preserved and the accusation is not specific against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional
