Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

With reference to the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner of Criminal Misc. No.49517 of 2014, learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49517 of 2014 (4) dt.06-04-2015 2/2 counsel for the petitioners submits that both the applications were disposed of by a common order dated 03.03.2015 granting bail to the petitioners of both the Criminal Misc. Applications in connection with Lakhisarai Kabaiya P.S. Case No.228 of 2014 imposing condition that out of the two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relative of the petitioners but due to wrong mentioning of the name of the petitioner in Criminal Misc. Application No.49517 of 2014 as „Pappy Saw‟ in place of „Pappu Saw‟, in the cause title of the aforesaid order dated 03.03.2015, the bail bond of this petitioner „Pappu Saw‟ could not be furnished and he could not be released in the said case. The name of the petitioner of Criminal Misc. No.49517 of 2014 is required to be corrected in the cause title of the aforesaid order dated 03.03.2015. From perusal of the F.I.R. of the concerned case record, it appears that the name of the petitioner of Criminal Misc. No.49517 of 2014 is „Pappu Saw" and not „Pappy Saw‟.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 03.03.2015 is modified to the extent that in the said order, in the cause title of Criminal Misc. No.49517 of 2014, the name of the petitioner be read as „Pappu Saw‟ in place of „Pappy Saw‟.
