This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he gave Tangi blow causing injury on the head of the informant. However, the informant and the petitioner are the full-brothers. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the injuries shown to be sharp cut wound on the left side of head scalp deep has been found on the head of the informant and he was referred to Sadar Hospital, Chapra for CT Scan of brain and the opinion of the injury kept reserved.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13503 of 2016 (2) dt.26-04-2016 of the case and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2015, the petitioner, above named, is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015.
