2. The petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2017 in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 714 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1-B), A, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with alleged recovery of one live cartridge of 315 bore and even according to the F.I.R. the country made pistols and revolver with cartridges have been recovered from other co-accused persons who was apprehended by the police along with the accused. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands
