Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of theft is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2017. Submission is that petitioner was never put on TI Parade nor anything has recovered from his possession. Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sidhwalia Police Station Case No. 130 of 2017, subject to the condition that the
