The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Karpi P.S. Case No. 186 of 2013 registered under section 307 and other allied section of the Indian Penal Code.

There is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners. Prior to lodging of this case Karpi P.S. Case no. 182 of 2013 has been lodged by Ramjee Tanti against the informant and his family members and the present case is counter blast of that case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today are

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49212 of 2014 (2) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shjri B.M. Tripathi, J.M. Ist Class, Jehanabad in Karpi P.S. Case No. 186 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482 Cr.P.C.
