Patna High Court CWJC No.708 of 2015 (2) dt.25-01-2017 2/2 Appellate Tribunal since in the present case the petitioner has assailed order of the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority.
In view of the facts and circumstances, there is no reason to keep matter pending.
The writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Bihar State Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal.
It goes without saying that period consumed by the petitioner in pursuing the present writ petition i.e. from 12.1.2015 till date shall be excluded while considering the limitation matter. (Rakesh Kumar, J) Praful/- U
