On 22.08.2016 at about 04:00 PM while deceased Upendra Yadav was returning carrying his domestic animal followed by the informant, his wife, daughter , brother and as soon as reached near the house of Bhola Yadav, all on a sudden thirteen persons so named therein armed variously came out encircled deceased Upendra Yadav and out of them Tarachand Yadav, Deonandan Yadav, Pawan Yadav caught hold him while Sanjeet Kumar, Bhupen Yadav, Bhuwan Yadav, Ranjeet Yadav and Mithilesh Yadav shot at him while Arbind fired at informant and others by his musket having narrow escape. It has also been disclosed that aforesaid occurrence has been committed in the background of land dispute. It has also been disclosed that Sanjeet Yadav, one of the accused had gone to meet with Ramanand Yadav (petitioner) at jail in order to get proper instruction. However, it happens to be mere spectator.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1614 of 2018 (2) dt.12-01-2018 Considering the nature of the allegation, petitioner Ramanand Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Ashish Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No.86/2016.
