The petitioner seeks bail in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 250 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Sections 30(a), 38(i) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

540 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from house of this petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. The house in question is in joint possession of family. Petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing
