Petitioners are named in the first information report but it appears that they were arrested along co-accused Jeevan Sunar and made their confessional statements and, after that, petitioners were remanded in the present case and other cases. Admittedly, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners and having more or less similar allegation, aforesaid co-accused Jeevan Sunar has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.
