The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No.372 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 353, 427, 504 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegations and the defence that the petitioners have earlier made complaint against the police, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67288 of 2021(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Koilwar P.S.
