The application seeks direction for providing
Patna High Court CWJC No.10713 of 2013 (2) dt.11-02-2016 2/2 protection to the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has purchased the property in respect whereof a Suit has been filed by the son of the executor of the sale deed impleading the petitioner as defendant therein. Annexure 4 is an application filed by the petitioner in the said Partition Suit no. 318 of 2011 under Order 39, Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 C.P.C. In my view, the petitioner should pursue the remedy, which she has invoked, before the learned court below. This application stands disposed of.
