JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition, as prayed for. Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant's daughter came to the house on 20.6.2013 and disclosed that on 30.5.2013 at about 11 P.M. when she went outside to answer the call of nature, accused persons including the petitioner took her to Bombay for marriage purposes.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim is married lady. FIR has been lodged with inordinate delay and she went to Mumbai on her own. The husband of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1248 of 2015 (2) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 victim has not filed any case. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the delayed lodging of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 58 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
