Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in CWJC No. 3133 of 2013 dated 07.05.2013 (Annexure-4).
In view of the submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of in similar terms as in CWJC No. 3133 of 2013 which was allowed by order dated
Patna High Court CWJC No.21094 of 2014(2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 07.05.2013. The respondents are directed to take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
