Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 203 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that in the instant case total 15 liters of foreign liquor was seized from the house of Dharamnath Choudhary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.7.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52992 of 2019(2) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai, in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 203 of 2019.
