Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per the prosecution case, 42 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature. Considering the nature of the allegation and nature of criminal antecedents of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the
