Petitioner, already in custody since 13.4.2018 seeks bail in Korha PS Case No. 126 of 2018 registered under Sections 411 and 120B of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown, no incriminating article was recovered from his possession rather it was recovered from other co-accused Sumit Kumar and Subham Yadav, the petitioner was never put on TIP and merely considering his antecedent he has been made accused in the present case, Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely Arnab Das is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Katihar in connection with Korha PS Case No. 126 of 2018.
