Indisputably, the applicant is the second wife of the employee who is still alive and getting the pension. It further appears from the pleadings that the first wife of the employee is also alive.
Considering the above, the writ application filed by the petitioner to add her as nominee in the service book of her husband Sarju Ram is not sustainable in law. The application is dismissed.
