JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
The accusations are of abusing the informant by calling the caste name, snatching chain worth Rs.15000/- and rupees two thousand cash.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusations have been levelled when the petitioners objected for taking the tractor from the land of the petitioners. It is further

Considering the delayed lodging of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S.
