Petitioner seeks modification of one of the conditions of the order dated 22.11.2017, passed in the instant case, wherein bail has been granted with condition that "one of the bailors would be a close relative of the petitioner having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court".

He submits that the petitioner is resident of Gaya district whereas present case has been instituted in Rohtas district so he has no close relative within the jurisdiction of Rohtas district. Considering the submission, the line

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43956 of 2017(4) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 "within the jurisdiction of the concerned court" is deleted and to that extent the order dated 22.11.2017 is modified.
