The petitioners, namely, Krishna Chaudhary and Arun Kumar Rajak, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 406, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, of course, named the petitioners but did not make any specific allegation against them. It is alleged that Dilip Kumar and others opened the Central Bank Karamchari Swablambi Co-operative Society and appointed one Santosh Kumar as agent of the said Co-operative Society. The informant opened an account in the said Co-operative Society and deposited Rs. 1,15,000/- through Santosh Kumar but Santosh Kumar gave receipt of Rs. 96,000/- only. Santosh Kumar has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 28.07.2014 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16331 of 2016 (2) dt.06-05-2016 2/2 Misc. No. 8979/2014. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that no specific allegation is made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Kaji Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 230/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
