In the present case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 6.9.2011 and 15.9.2011 by which the petitioner has been prohibited to perform the duty of teacher and mark attendance.

As the matter relates to appointment of Panchayat Teacher in terms of Bihar Panchayat Elementary Teacher (Employment and Service Condition) Rule, 2006, the District Teacher Appellate Tribunal has been constituted where the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5037 of 2013 (5) dt.22-02-2016 petitioner can raise his grievance.

While examining the claim of the petitioner, the Tribunal will dispose of the limitation petition in view of pendency of this case before this Court.

With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
