The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 225 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons having killed the deceased, who happens to be the husband of the petitioner, on the pretext that the petitioner was having illicit relationship with the father of the deceased, which was objected by the deceased.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was no reason for the petitioner to have killed her husband, specially, in view of the fact that out of the wedlock, there are two children. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been

The petitioner is languishing in custody since 03.08.2017 and she is having a clean antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. II, Danapur in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 225 of 2017.
