Petitioner is in jail custody since 24.07.2013 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking into consideration that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and except confessional statement of co-accused and some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S.
