JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 302 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners and other FIR named accused are said to have assaulted the deceased with bricks and stones but the postmortem report of deceased discloses that no external injury was found and the doctor could not disclose the actual cause of death of the deceased.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15440 of 2016 (2) dt.18-04-2016 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 04 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Saran at Chapra.
