JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner, who is husband of the victim, is in custody since 14.4.2017 in a case registered for offence under sections 304B/34 IPC Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the FIR it is apparent that the petitioner has informed about the occurrence to the informant which shows his bona fide. Petitioner is in custody for one year and that the death of the victim is accidental.

It appears from the records that within two years of marriage, the victim has died under homicidal circumstances in her matrimonial house. Post mortem report shows that old scar marks as well as fresh bruise marks were found on the body of

Considering the gravity of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) Shashi.
