2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 146 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected, vide order dated 27.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 24609 of 2021.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has taken a fresh ground for re-consideration of anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner that subsequent to the lodging of this case, the victim has solemnized her second marriage with another person.

5. In my view, it is not a fresh ground for reconsideration of the earlier order.
