The petitioner seeks regular bail in Haspura P.S. Case No. 61 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that he invested Rs.10,31,3000/- in the brick-kiln business of the petitioner but the petitioner did not execute the deed of partnership and later on the petitioner refused to pay any income of business to the informant. On the face of allegation, it appears that the dispute is of civil nature arising out of a business transaction.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1595 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S.
