JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2018 The bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 30.08.2017 in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016 vide U.A.P. Case No. 7 of 2016, pending in the court of learned District and Sessions Judge, Jamui, with a direction to conclude the trial preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order. In pursuance to the said direction, a request has been made by the court below vide Letter No. 29 dated 16.08.2018, seeking further extension of three months' time for concluding the trial.

Accordingly, the court below is granted further three months' time for concluding the trial.
