In the present case, the petitioner is seeking arrear of salary for the period from January 2010 to November 2010 on the ground that she has discharged the duty as a Doctor in Public Health Centre, Madhepur, District-Madhubani during the aforesaid period. The claim of the petitioner is that he was appointed on contract basis and he discharged his duty, but he has been deprived of the salary for the aforesaid period. For convenience, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation showing he had discharged the duty with clinching evidence before the District Magistrate-cum-President
Patna High Court CWJC No.6479 of 2013 (4) dt.29-02-2016 2/2 of District Health Committee, Madhubani who will take a decision and pass a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the representation along with a copy of this order. With the above observation/direction, this petition is disposed of.
