Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 61 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 307, 447, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that petitioner is a lady and no specific overt-act has been attributed against her, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of her arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
