Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be mother in law of the deceased and admittedly, father in law of the deceased has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 22.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52511 of 2015 whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 15.12.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14705 of 2016 (2) dt.08-04-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 289 of 2015.
